PataMundo provides pet travel documentation guidance to help you prepare for international travel with your pet. Our service includes:

- Deadline calculations based on your travel date
- Document storage and organization tools
- Veterinary clinic finder for your location
Your Responsibilities
When using PataMundo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your pet, travel plans, and contact details
- Verify all requirements with official government sources before travel
- Check for updates to requirements, as regulations can change
- Comply with all applicable laws and airline policies for pet travel
Important Disclaimer
PataMundo provides guidance based on publicly available information, but:
- Government regulations and airline policies can change without notice
- You are responsible for confirming all requirements with official sources
- PataMundo is not liable if requirements change after your purchase

Payment Terms
When you purchase a trip plan:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD or BRL)
- Access to your trip plan is granted immediately upon successful payment
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. Your trip plan is delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned." If you experience technical issues or have concerns about your purchase, please contact us at contact@patamundo.com and we'll review your case individually.
Intellectual Property
All content on PataMundo, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PataMundo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PataMundo is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Denied boarding, quarantine, or other travel disruptions
- Actions or policies of airlines, governments, or other third parties
Account Termination
Regarding account termination:
- You may request account deletion by emailing contact@patamundo.com
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your access to purchased trip plans will end
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. For users in Brazil, Brazilian consumer protection laws apply. For users elsewhere, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
